At SkipCV, we take your privacy seriously. Your uploaded documents are NOT used to train AI models. Data is processed exclusively for the analysis you request.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide during registration, including your name, email, and organization details. When you upload resumes, we collect candidate information such as contact details, work history, education, and skills.

2. How We Use Your Data

Uploaded documents are processed solely to provide the resume analysis and candidate ranking you requested. We do not share, sell, or use your data for any other purpose.

AI Processing: We use Anthropic's Claude API for AI analysis. Anthropic does not use API data for training their models, as outlined in their Commercial Terms.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in a private, dedicated PostgreSQL database hosted on our secure Virtual Private Server (VPS). Unlike many platforms that use shared public cloud databases, our architecture provides an additional layer of isolation and control.

We use industry-standard security measures, including TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit and strict access controls. Resume content and candidate information are processed in-memory during extraction and are retained in our database only as long as you choose to keep them.

You have full control over your data. You may delete individual candidates, specific jobs, or wipe your entire account history at any time through your dashboard settings. For any additional data requests, you can contact us at info@skipcv.com.

SkipCV uses the following third-party services:
