2. Service Description

SkipCV provides AI-powered resume screening and candidate analysis services. Our platform uses advanced OCR and natural language processing to evaluate resumes against job requirements.

3. AI Analysis & Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated results should be used as a tool to aid hiring decisions, not as the sole basis for employment actions. Final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

4. Data Processing & Privacy

Documents uploaded to SkipCV are processed solely for the purpose of candidate evaluation. Your data is NOT used to train AI models.

We utilize Anthropic's API services, which are covered by their Commercial Terms. Anthropic does not use API data for model training.

Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel, subject to their Terms of Service.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations when using SkipCV. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or discriminatory purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

SkipCV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any hiring decisions made based on our analysis or for any damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
